I paid for a Faction Change. It will let me use the token but when I get done customizing I click finish it asks me if I am sure and then nothing. The finish button is now greyed out and nothing happens. It doesnt change the character. It will let me back out but it wont actually do anything. 24 hours expected reply time on my ticket is wild btw. Wish Blizzard would go back to the level of customer service they used to have.
Is the character the owner of your house? Try switching the ownership, besides reviewing what other things that can prevent a character service.
