Had transfered all Honorbound medals to one horde character, then faction changed but they did not convert over to 7th legion medals. Got a ticket created and GM sent an OKTA link that I did not have access too regarding the faction change + currency but no relevant answer. Where are my 7th Legion medals, I did all this to get the priestess’ moonsaber mount but now I cannot get it. PLEASE HELP
