I was just in the bank in Zandalar and I noticed an orc in the same armor but he had a banner hanging off a pole attached to his back.
Where do you get these? It looked really cool. I asked him but he never replied.
I’m assuming you’re probably seeing some of the banner toys you get from raising your honor level for PVP. You get a few different versions with the first one being a tattered horde flag on a stick and higher level ones looking more prestigious and official

It’s the Honorable Pennant and you get the first one at honor level 15? Then when you reach honor level 100 you get the omega chad war banner.
