The QA is definitely an issue, but it’s on you to do the responsible thing and check yourself to not stupidly exploit a bug that is both obvious and easily traced in logs, muchless back-end data.
They made a conscious choice to do something stupid to try and get a leg up, instead of just getting better at the game. This is on them.
Those people give the actual players of the spec a bad name. Enjoy the vacation, we don’t want you.
My dude. You had to actively go over the moon to make this bug happen. It wasn’t a passive bug that was happen over you normal rotation you literally had to go over a bunch of steps to make it happen. Perma ban is deserved.
How many hours/days is the ban?
Sorry if my wording isn’t clear but I didn’t get banned. I genuinely think it’s a very bad take to ban players over an exploit. All it takes is a couple of minutes to an hour from the dev’s side of things to check for bugs. Smacking critters, checking if abilities properly interact with each other, all of this is a very simple and quick process.
If they can’t literally even bother to check the list of bugs posted by other players who find them or report them, it’s the dev’s fault and not the player. Even if it was a conscious choice by the player, it’s something the devs should have expected. If players set records they shouldn’t have been able to get using exploits, leaderboard should be able to wipe that record from their boards and their in-game scores should’ve been reverted. They could’ve taken a different route with this but I see this as an overexaggeration.
And just like that the Rogue population was cut in half.
