Larger radius and make overload kill anyone within 40 yard

Just skip them. The node is really only useful to engineers.
Maybe it’s just me but the initial bonus for taking Outlawed Techniques that is supposed to reduce damage taken doesn’t seem to work at all. They still seem to hit me for about 50% of my health which is about the same damage I take on another character that doesn’t have any points into the same tree.

They definitely need to be fixed. The only time they hit me is when they have invisible damage circles, and they have a high tendency to 1 shot my characters while leveling. They have literally been broken since launch and are still broken today.
