The eye of the jailer has not reset for me ever. I have been working my way through shadowlands on a new character and just went to the maw 3-4 days ago for the first time. In the time I’ve been there, the eye has not reset and has continued to go up.
Yesterday, I hit the max eye level and can’t get anything done because of the jailer DOT. I keep reading articles saying that it is supposed to reset daily and I don’t remember having this issue a few years ago when it was current content.
Does anyone have any info on what I can do to reset it? I’ve tried to contact in game support, but I can’t ever find a way to actually put in a ticket (it’s just an endless loop of articles that DO NOT solve my issue).
