After the daily quests restart, the bar of the eye of the jailer restarted too but the debuff that makes u to not get more reputation with ve’nari is still up

Just hit this bug myself and this is infuriating. Relogging, hearthing, etc. don’t clear it. I’ve been hitting Maw hard every day trying to get my conduits upgraded and this just cost me somewhere between 700 and 1000 stygia. How is this bug still not fixed?!
