Went to the maw, right after reset: major lag and zero Eye of the Jailer (as expected). Spent 20 seconds summoning a pet so I re-logged. Upon returning, was Tier 5 Eye of the Jailer and was offline the entire time. I don’t even know where to begin to help you troubleshoot. That’s just crazy odd

Yoooooooo same happened to me. I was running towards a daily quest to pick up, I got disconnected and when I logged back in I was at jailer level 5. I hadn’t even hit level 1 yet.
Same, it was fine for a few minutes, everyone ran in place, closed game reopened and when I logged in I was Tier 5, haven’t done a single thing.
Yup, I’m at 3/5 after the DC without any activity for the day.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Had only rescued 4 souls and then dc’d and came back with 5/5 eye.
My eye was not 5/5, but it was 2.5 which is what I had at the end of yesterday. I don’t think it was reset properly.

Same with me. 0/5 -> disconnected. now I am 2/5 and I didn’t do anything
Got into the maw 0 eye. Got my 5 souls, few slivers into the eye. DC’d came back with maxed out eye…
same thing happened to me so now I can’t even do my dailies in the maw because I get killed because I am at tier 5 even though I just went into the maw
I went straight into the maw at eye level 5 first time logging on for the day and when I died trying to get my spirits
I lost 1000 stygia
That makes a lot of sense. They probably have some sort of failover to the previous day if something goes wrong or gets corrupt with the current day’s data. Or they intentionally restored from a back up. I’m guessing the stuff is SQL back end. Either way, I think you’re on to something. Good “eye” so to speak
I also got disconnected and set to 5/5 Eye, which is what I ended yesterday at. I had killed 0 mobs or done anything at all before the disconnect.
Glad I aint the only one. Relogged cause of lag, jumped up to two.

Something is very wrong. Now I just went from 2/5 to 5/5 killing 1 mob… Literally killed 1 boss: instant 3 jumps? That is way off…

How do they have a 6 hour maintenance and when its time to get on i go to the maw with 5/5 eye level
