Anyone else having a difficult time completing this now? The horde npcs absolutely eat up the shredder even using the shield.
I am suspicious that 8.1 changed the npcs but the shredder wasnt buffed for the quest line. Only reason I care is for Kul Tiran unlock.
I’m also having problems with this quest it is very broken and I cannot complete it.
You have to do a lot of times and probably die too. I only completed when I jumped besides horde camp to take fire on buildings. Only go mid if you need to kill hordes.
It seems this is difficult if you do it at 120, probably due to how much higher they scaled level 120 NPCs with season 2. I did it on all my alliance alts pre-120 (I normally start out in Stormsong) so I have not been able to check it out at 120.
If you are having trouble with it at below level 120, I can offer some suggestions. There are some tricks to watch out for but they can all be handled with the right approach.
Also finding this impossible at 120. The elite 120 grunts that spawn just wreck the shredder, and then me.
I know this was posted a while ago. I am currently on this quest right now and I am having a hard time trying to finish it. Any ideas?
