Eye Beam for Havoc has been bugged for 2 weeks. Please fix it

For some reason, the spell went from being softcapped at 5 targets to being softcapped at 1.

It’s been 2 weeks and it still hasn’t been acknowledged as a bug.

Please, fix it. It’s very major.

While we are talking eye beam fixes, isolated prey still does not work with eye beam as we do not get 30% dmg increase for hitting a single target.

Looks like all 3 eye beam bugs will be fixed on Tues
