I was just wondering if this is my PC, my settings, or what. But, in the new raid, even on DX12, I am getting insanely low FPS on most fights. I have a 1080ti, a ryzen 1700x, 16gb of DDR4 RAM, and a relatively new motherboard. What gives? Is there any way to fix this? I am getting as low as 15 fps at some points. This is insane, and makes the raid hard to play. Any fixes or anyone experiencing similar?

This is indeed intentional. As a result of cost cutting measures, the lag and FPS loss will fix itself in a few weeks when half the players that came back for 8.1 quit again and the servers are capable of handling the vast amount of eager raiders.
