Finality leggo.
When I cast black powder or Rapture it does not grant 25% bonus dmg, and when I only cast Eviscerate it will only give buff for next eviscerate extra dmg, so which mean if I cast eviscerate and cast black powder, this black powder does not gain extra dmg, it only works for eviscerate.

For venthry skill Flagellation it does not give any cooldown reduce , so no matter how many stacks you go it remain 1.30min cooldown.
interesting thing is I been post a lot topics for fix Flagellation does not give stacks and cdr sometimes since 9.1 through now, Now it becomes no cdr at all now, so what should i say? well done… Also I’m not sure the Bug if black powder does not gain Nightstalker talent buff fixed yet. So no wonder why nobody play rogue these days.
