I use the Razer Naga Trinity, and my game is not registering the extra mouse button 1-3… however, it does recognize 4-7… I am unsure what is causing this. I have completely removed all addons and reset my UI, problem still persists no matter what.
Are you able to test these buttons outside of WOW?

Good number of reports that the Naga Trinity extra mouse buttons aren’t working. I haven’t seen any fixes. You might want to open a ticket on this:

Update:
Buttons were recognized outside of WoW… but still not inside the game.
I’m not sure how it fixed it, but while I was swapping out the other button attachments to see if they also had issues I noticed that the buttons started working.
As the issue kept occurring while playing I noticed that if I remove the button plate and simply replace it back onto the mouse, it resolves.
Perplexing still because all the while the buttons are still detectable outside the game the entire time.
