Can we get an extra Hearthstone? This would be useful.
You have one. Your Arcantina key. Plus the Dalaran hearthstone.
And as a Druid, you can port to a bunch of different places, some of which aren’t far from cities.

How do I get the Your Arcantina key and what is it?
What about a hearth stone per expansion? I have one for legion and draenor. How about one for zandalar, panda expansion, outlands, northrend, etc. I like being able to get around the vastness of Azeroth. I know there are portals but still. Everything about us has increased in epicenes. Why not our magic items like our hearth stones. For now I want a Outlands hearthstone. Starting from the ground up.
Arcantina key is your extra hearthstone for Silvermoon City, you can set your default anywhere else.

You’ll first need to complete the questline Regrets of the Past up to the quest,
The Arcantina from Kurdran Wildhammer. You receive a temporary key for your first visit, but upon completing the quest, you’ll receive the
Personal Key to the Arcantina toy to add to your collection.
Then it’ll be a toy you can use on any of your alts.

And if you’ve played Draenor or Legion, you’ll have Garrison and Dalaran hearthstones in your toy box. From there you can port to your capital city and use the portals to anywhere.
Go to wowhead and search for Cloak of Coordination, the top post has a list of all the teleport items in game and you can click on them to see where they come from.

Also you have the 2 neighborhood teleports, plus unlimited ones when you using view house on friends/guildies/party members.

If I got two extra Hearthstones, I would set them to Zandalar and Dornogal because I want to play these expansions more. Dragonflight introduced too many quests in the capital city, and it was hard to isolate one quest at a time to do them, and the quests themselves seemed hard to find. I want to quest in every expansion, so an extra Hearthstone or two would be useful. There are 11 expansions now and getting each one done is hard. And I have 41 characters and the favorite system helped my focus on which characters I like the best so this helped a lot. I made a set of 20s when I was waiting for money for the expansions and because I like vanilla retail so much.
Take up engineering.
Wormhole Generators are effectively any-expansion hearthstones.

For Dornogal, you could buy a Delver’s Mana-Bound Ethergate. I’ve used it like a bonus hearthstone, plops you right in front of Brann & Friends™. Only downside is a 2-hour cooldown.
Maybe Blizz will add a 2nd hearthstone to the cash shop for $75. 
We already have so many portal items…it’s not required lol.
Plus your Garrison Hearthstone. 1 extra loading screen but it still gets you to your faction’s portal room.
We don’t need an extra hearthstone. We need all the ones we have to have the ability to go to different places. Expac specific hearthstones should default to that expac major city when the next expac comes out. The hearthstone in the bag should go to whatever the player wants to set it. The other extra hearthstones should be able to be set wherever the player wants them set also.
And Garrison Hearthstone, and Cloak of Coordination, and Ring of the Kirin Tor, and a whole bunch of slightly less convenient teleports I won’t get into right now but anyway.
Roll human or vulpera?
Between the Regular hearth, The garrison hearth, the legion dalaran hearth,The delver gate to take you to dornogol, the arcantina key to take you to silvermoon, all the engineering wormhole generators, all the various rings and cloaks to take you back to the faction capital.
Most of these are also on a 15-30 minute cooldown so you should always have some form of teleport up to use.
That’s not even factoring in racial teleports like the mole machine, the root travel, or the vulpera camp. Or the class teleports like the death gate, zen pilgrimage, dreamwalking, and mages just having free portals to anywhere.
I’m not sure what else they could add in at this point honestly
