When helf threads were spam locked constantly a temp thread for convo was okay ish, but what’s with the needless spam now? There are two other threads still active and not locked.

What effect does it have on BEs? Are you unable to play the game?

Does it hinder your dungeons?

Does it cause bugs in the game?

Worgen? Different race.
Gnome - different race
Dwarf - different race
Forsaken? Not only human, there are elves as well. With death Knights all races can be undead.

Also I’ve never asked for blood elf hair colors, I’ve specifically requested void elves receive human or dwarf or KT hair colors in the past.

Right well arguing in good faith and being respectful is something I value it’s obvious you don’t, not only do you not do this but you take issue with those who do is telling.

I would note that the fact there’s a history of HE fans villainizing opposing voices despite those voices being respectful and arguing in good faith is also not a good image / vibe.

Also the OP never even mentioned blood elf hair colors either, your arguing is unnecessary

While this thread is about the want for void elf customizations, doing those that asked for, takes completely away from a blood elf.
Now if the requests are more about adding void looks, I doubt there would be much uproar.
However, every request pulls from the “high elf” look which is the Blood elf look since they are in fact the remains of the high elf culture.
Void elves shouldn’t even exist.
I mean with them “giving into the void” and becoming corrupted, how does one explain the blood elf shadow priest? They’ve also given into void but not been kicked out of Silvermoon, or placed in alliance hands.
The concept of a void elf is stupid on its face.
That was just a way to placate the “high elf” screaming that went on for years about not being on the alliance.
Alliance now has their semi-high elf, with limits. That’s good enough.

Male blood elves didn’t get jewelry. He was being facetious. Further, the jewelry female blood elves got is completely impractical, and something anyone could purchase at a garden variety stand in Silvermoon. Jewelry is not racial identification. On any race.

The blood elves should have gotten scars, possible ear options involving injury, flesh indentations like the BC art box, and tattoos of runic nature reflecting their background as powerful casters. We didn’t get any of that. The blood elves got very little in comparison to most races.

Additionally, blood elves should stop having to give up their visuals to another race. We are the only race which shares a direct carbon copy of model with another, and the only race forced to share options. And that’s not fun. Even the nightborne got visual edits / model edits from the night elves. While they share many of the same animations, their idle, and bone structure is different.

And yes, I would have been much less annoyed if void elves got the same treatment. But no. It’s bad.

Edit: Before people bring up HMT and LFD - they’re on the same faction as their core race counterpart. That’s less of a problem, and makes sense considering they’re supposed to share a silhouette.

I admit the void elf existance is stupid, but void elf players are making due with what they have.

I believe core races and other allied races should receive more options before void elves as well.
