While trying to take a selfie of a Glade Ohuna for the birdwatcher achievement, the selfie toy’s buttons were prevented from showing up while in the Low Hanging Fruit quest area. I had to complete the world quest for the buttons to re-appear. You will enter the “view” of the selfie camera, but will only see your regular ability action bar. You have to right click the buff to leave the view and complete the quest.

Thanks for describing this bug, just ran into myself. A daily was in the area I needed to take a selfie for an achievement, the Extra button was up, (fishing spear), and when I launched the camera toy no camera action bar.
