WOTLK Classic.
Noticed it first on the PTR, but assumed it was just a PTR bug. Now that i logged onto live, my bars are a complete mess. They are offcentered by at least 1cm to the left. Its not only really triggering, but i also usually use an addon to alter my bars which is now completely broken because every ability is slightly to the side, forcing me to turn off my addon and play with default ui (which is still bugged too and off center).
Posting a screenshot of the default ui and how the extra action bars are just moved to the left for some reason. The space between my s-E key and my X key should be right in the middle. Also you can see theres a small gap next to my ghost wolf at the right end of the action bar which shouldnt be there.

It is NOT an addon causing it, ive tried turning off every single addon, and reinstalling all of them. Still happens regardless.
EDIT: posted on my retail char by mistake. Happening on my classic char Zarhoes-Benediction, and on all other characters in my account, and many guildies have said they’re experiencing the same issue. Please help my ui is looking so bad rn.

This is also happening to me. Really obnoxious. Dunno how something like this would even happen. If by some chance this gets fixed, don’t expect said fix for weeks/months.
Someone will need to make an addon that shifts the top bars over a bit. Definitely doable but might run into taint issues.

Its due to the new Collections Tab being added. The action bars aren’t offset, the bottom bar is actually longer than it was before, to make room for the new button.

Yea i was just being told that. Still kinda dumb how it breaks your bars so hard. Should make the bottom bar smaller or something to compensate? idk. Not sure how they didnt think about how it messes up everything to add a new button, do they not have a QA team?
It would honestly be pretty simple to fix it, by just making the icons in the micro menu smaller to make up for the new button being added. No clue how it went live without anyone noticing lol.

I actually see that now that you mention it, you can tell the bottom bar got bigger by a bit.
Gonna def need someone to resize/move the bars around a bit. I don’t see Blizzard addressing something like this.

The experience bar is also broken. The xp bar itself is misaligned and protruding out of the left side of the frame.

Necroing this post because I just now noticed this today in Cataclysm Classic. Still not fixed as of 4/11/2025.

You can see the exp bar is misaligned and sticking out from the left more, the bag bar is sticking out from where it should be (probably to make room for all of these buttons or whatever), bars 2 and 3 and no longer centered with the art bar.
Default UI looks terrible.
