Extra 30 Minutes for Alchemists on Phial of Elemental Chaos?

We get 30 minutes on all phials for Phial Mastery, but then Frost/Air phials get another 30 on top of that for their respective sub-specializations.

If I’m using Phial of Elemental Chaos, do either of those count for it?

It counts as both, so one phial of elemental chaos will last a LONG time.
