Exterminate Stacks

Feedback for this has been given for a while now on beta, but Blizz please let exterminate stacks increase so we don’t have to purposely hold using FWF.

It feels so bad to purposely delay it when you may want it for the stun purposes, but can’t unless I wanna to hinder my dps by a good amount.

100% this. holding fwf feels horrible and makes it so easy to misalign cooldowns, especially because fwf gives haste and other benefits. our only options are to munch exterminates or send fwf really late.
