Most likely. Kinda puzzled that they’ve gotten realms up ahead of time for patches with more content than this yet some island expeditions and a new warfront are taxing them that much.

they’re adding new infrastructure to upgrade things under the hood. it’s not just some island expeditions.

If it happens it happens. While I would never compare my past participation in company software upgrades to something as massive as WoW, there’s always something that might happen. Server crash, database corruption, hardware fault, a previous firmware upgrade that the in-process upgrade or platform migraton choked on…the list grows and grows.

Agree. If they were to release it and it was buggy then people would really complain. They have thousands of lines of code and need to make sure that it is not only secure but works as it is supposed to.
