Not giving a ETA is one thing but not giving update for 2.5 hours is just poor business practice. No other gaming studio would pull something like that. People like you are why Blizzard keeps getting away with it. They need to be held accountable for their consistent lack of communication.

HC is the last wow product worth playing. It’s generating more creator content and subs than anything. It’s time to provide more resources to ensure these things don’t happen again. Additionally, credit a one month sub to all current HC victims for this latest debacle.
