I have 120 toons on both Horde and Alliance. Nearly EVERY DAY there is a World Quest to turn in Supplies (“Supplies Needed: xxx”) that awards 5 Expulsom in Tradewinds Markets for my Alliance toons but I have yet to see ANY Supplies Needed World Quests that award Expulsom for my Horde toons in Terrace of Crafters. Not one quest.
There should be a completely equal amount of crafting rewards between factions. No exceptions!
Please do something about this!

You are missing something then, because I have turned in a a good amount of them.
If I recall properly there was one up today. If not today, then yesterday. If you are using an addon like Wolrd Quest Tracker, check your filters, you might have it set to not show.
UPDATE: 1 week later and my initial post still holds true.
The ratio between the Expulsom WC rewards seems to be approx 6:1, Alliance to Horde. This means the Alliance is getting a 500% advantage over the Horde.
Please balance out these numbers!
I’m pretty sure it balances out over the long run: over the course of a few weeks, you’ll see the Expulsom rewards even out as Alliance WQs run dry and the Horde gets theirs.
At the beginning of bfa, I remember some alliance guys raging over horde emissaries “constantly” rewarding 340 gear and alliance getting stuff that wasn’t gear.
It’s just rng.
Some of the “supplies needed” wqs seem profession specific. Sometimes, I could see one with one alliance character but then switch to another alliance character with different professions and not see the wq.
I wan to add to this that apparently World Quests for Expulsom, the Supply ones now are not universal across all characters. This seems to be a very recent change.
Today ONLY my Blacksmith has the quest for Hoofplates to get 5 expulsom.
Really seems like blizzard doesn’t want us doing professions at all. How about just remove them all together rather than torture us.
Also I am pretty sure that last week, the recipe for Scribes to make contracts was gated at Friendly and now it is revered.
Supply quests are for everyone. Work Orders are only for those that have that specific profession. Hoofplates is a Work Order so only for Smiths.
