There is no enchantment that requires expulsum. You only need expulsum for the useless wands, the follower equipment (also pretty useless from my understanding), and the tool of the trade.
There is the “Sanguinated Expulsion” that converts Sanguicell and some enchanting mats to expulsum if you are willing to do some raiding.
Should get expolsum from items that required expolsum to craft.

However if you have another profession… say Alc, or LW… they need them.
So you need the mats from DE for enchants… or TRY to shred items for the expolsum… what do we do?

To me green items = expolsum mats. Rares = umbral and dust, epics = veiled crystals. AFAIK rarity has no effect on chance of expolsum.
AFAIK the only slot that guarantees expulsom from scrapping is trinkets
Not the crafted trinket ‘Endless tincture of endless combat’ and that takes an expolsum to create.
