Why is it that most of the faces are angry for no reason?
Especially in human females, orc males, worgen males, night elf males, forsaken, and blood elves.
Faces should not be a single expression.
When there’s already practically no options a neutral looking face is kind of important.
There needs to be a change expression emote or something and then change the ever angry faces to a normal relaxed face so then I have the option of looking angry or not.

Hear, hear. Have you seen the male Nightborne faces? Half of em are outright sneering. It’s really a case of not really choosing the best face to use so much as choosing the least worst. 
Female Blood elves and Draenei get varying degrees of makeup and different expressions.
These are counted as new faces.
Pandaren also get different fur patterns on their face as different faces.
At least in Shadowlands they are seperating eye color from the faces themselves. That will help some.
Combat isn’t just about swinging a sword, its also about looking as intimidating to your opponent and psych them out. So when we do battle, we put on our angry, bare your teeth face! Unless you’re a Vulpera then you’re just always cute.
I’d call it more a medical condition than an emotion. They look constipated.

I don’t know about that. I’ve seen a range of expressions on my character during my idle animation. When she fights, she has this smug smirk of confidence.

Male blood/void elf idle is hilarious. they do like a "GRRRR… face, then more like “nope, nope not my thing.”
