Yes, as long as we can pretend that every other classes don’t have a burst than can kill you in less than 10s or just 3 globals, I’d say so.
And before you call me out, Druid swipe is a 1 button thing and it does the same amount of damage, Spriest and Warlocks puts dots on you and you’re pretty much dead. Shamans are tank material and still deal a millon damage, can heal and do whatever they want, Druid boomie is insane, they can even global you and delete you in seconds, Rogues can global you as well, Mages have unlimited Polys and other things to make it even worst to beat. Hunters have no mobility (don’t call cheeta a mobility spell because if you get hit, with anything, then you’re done for). The spec build that everyone is playing has no CC, just traps that you can avoid easily if you have 2 brain cells because you can clearly see where they are going. Melee is dead, so you can’t even play that anymore even tho everyone was already farming and spending all their gold on that.
With no self sustain, no mobility, no CC breaks, nothing other than pure damage, don’t you think it’s actually quite well balanced if you compare it to Shamans/druids who can do as much damage but also cover all the other areas? I swear you guys don’t even play the game, you just get killed by a hunter and then come to complain. It really doesn’t make any sense.

Raging blow can crit for 200 its ok warriors are fine. Oh I almost forgot we can now use rend in any stance that will make up for getting 2 shot by a chimera shot explosive trap combo.
A hunter can kill you in 3 hits before you even get close enough to charge
Just wait till you get killed by a BM hunter pet doing over 800 dps. I thought i was smart buying greater fire protection pots and faps just to get soloed by a hunter pet cause I wanted to farm a few arcane crystals lol.
Why does this stupid garbage hit for 1400 and they spam this trash in BG’s without ever having to actually do anything?
Imagine being a female night elf hunter spamming traps on a bridge for 14 hours a day.
And they wonder why we annihilate them in blackrock mountain all day on CS.
Nerf the trap damage already. And no - putting the damage into the undispellable dot is not a solution.

Why are you guys mad about hunter?
They’re only the #1 and #4 best PVE dps class in the game and likely the best PVP class in the game, currently capable of killing basically any class without immunities in 2 GCDs. Also the best AOE farming class in the game, enjoying a massive boon of gold boosting people from level 8 to 60.
This is balanced.
And just like all OP classes, I made sure to obtain one.
