I am Allience, an area to explore is a Horde camp. Southwind Village.
How do I get the achievement , I cant go into to far, I get attacted. ?
Go to the northeast corner on the path going to Un’goro and you’ll find Zidormi. She can turn Silithus back to the old version so you can get the achievement.
mmmm. that’s weird, how does anyone know that. ? If Bilizzard wants me to complete this achievement, what do I have to go someplace else to get a work around ?

They visit Wowhead or the forums and ask why they are having problems getting the achievement.
Well there’s no quest, so if you’re new or don’t know then it’s not always easy to find. She does appear on the map though as a white quote mark.
But it’s generally common knowledge. Whenever they radically change a zone Zidormi is always there somewhere so you can still go to the previous version of it. 
Why do they want an Allience character to go into a Horde camp or vice versa to complets an Exploration quest. Stupid crazy.
You can literally fly over it for the achievement.

Yes, I still spell that zone Sillythus.
Yes. I did just fly over and it said I was at it. But it did not give me the completion of that achievement. No check mark.
