Does anyone here already have the new book? I wanna know how things are with Vol’dun and the rest of Zandalar. Would be nice. So pls post the new information so it better be better then the Kalimdor one at large.
Oh, I had no idea it released earlier in other regions besides the U.S., apparently.
Pandaria was a disspointment with barley any meaningful changes and Outland might never come to pass it seems. So this is much likley the final book of the series.
I don’t have the book myself, but in the Unoffical Playable Sethrak Discussion Thread someone said that the Sethrak were mentioned in the Vol’dun section and said the following:
"The Devoted are in control of the temple of Sethraliss and rebuilding, Sethrak society are no longer divided. Although many of the sethrak from both sides that feel the scars of the civil war is too great started to follow Akunda, the loa of renewal and new beginnings after they established contact with the trolls at Akunda’s temple.
Some sethrak also live with the trolls and tortollans at the temple of Kimbul. They also have friendly contact with the vulpera but some time is still required to fully mend their relationship due to history. The scorched sand outpost was abandoned after the exiles there was welcomed back by Talanji, and the vulpera plan to make it a joint trading outpost between them and the sethrak."
Great. Finally some good news.
The most positive Horde development in years and it’s about a faction neutral race lmao.
Never imagined they would actually change stuff after all the other zones were meant to be kept at Cataclysm development.
There’s other stuff like the nightborne rebuilding the academy in Azsuna, and researching on how to break the curse of the ghost in the region.
The Moonguard is being reformed as a joint thing between nightborne and night elven druids.
How is the rest of Zandalar and Highmountain doing?
Blood trolls seemingly fully wiped out, or at least their presence can’t be detected in the swamp, although still several undead roaming around.
I guess they didn’t take the loss of G’huun well.
Torga’s remains have been interred on site. It’s still a place of pilgrimage for tortollans and for trolls, they go there and tell each-other stories.
Zuldazar is pretty unchanged, the tribal quarters are more friendly and there are now more tribals present in Zandalar than previously.
There’s some stone tablets telling the story of Zul and Yazma’s betrayal for all to read.
Apparently there’s new temples to Bwonsamdi, but the one in Nazmir is still his seat of power.
The harbor is filled with people from all kinds of races and cultures that peddle wares, the harbor market is for outsiders while the zocalo is for local merchants.
That’s actually quite sad as blood trolls were one of the only surviving instances of matriarchy found on the Horde side.
Perhaps you didn’t add enough hops?
Or … PEPPERS!
I dont even recall the blood trolls allying with the Horde. Weren’t they the defacto evil org enemy you fight in Nazmir?
They were never allied with the Horde. Excuse my wishful thinking they could have had development as a Zandalari troll customization option since they are defectors of the Zandalari Empire.
The Zandalari are in the Horde, the Blood Trolls are Horde adjacent.
Well, it is exploring Azeroth. We probably won’t see Outland, Draenor, or Shadowlands.
Yes but that would be sad considering it was the FIRST expansion.
Well yeah it looks like the series is complete(at least for now)
Meh had hoped we get an update on the TBC stuff. Wonder if the place will ever matter again.
It might be it’s own thing…
Meanwhile from what I understand we got Midnight updating Quel’Thalas and The Last Titan updating Northrend, so perhaps we could get an updated Outland for one reason or another.
I love all of this! I want so desperately to see this reflected in the game world.
Why in the hell does the book release early in regions other than the U.S?! I don’t want to wait!
