Yesterday i reached renown 19 with Dragonscale Expedition and unlocked the banner toys. I selected the Reliquary Banner as my reward and didn’t have enough Dragon Isles supplies to buy the other one at the time.
I’ve logged in today, collected some resources and headed back to the basecamp to purchase the Explorer’s League banner. Cataloger Jakes is no longer selling this toy.
Looking at the Wowhead comments this seems to be an issue for other people as well.

Yea did the same thing only had enough to get the one toy, tired to go back when got materials to get the Explorer’s League Banner toy and it’s missing.
