Explore the Updates Arriving with the Shadowlands Pre-Expansion Patch

nearly forgot that but yeah 8.3.7 was no new content and they stated its all the stuff in the background for when the pre-patch comes so it wouldnt be down an extreme ammount of hours…

Random question, for anyone that knows - this little bit about timewalking campaign:

“Players who have already experienced Battle for Azeroth and reached level 50 on at least one character”

So my wife has a 120 char, BOOSTED tho. She’s not done a lick of the War Campaign. Anyone know if she’s boned? ‘experienced bfa’ is not a super robust criteria, much left to interpretation, imo.

Nevermind, I found a sort of answer. Wowhead article explains that if you don’t have access to Chromie time, the world can still scale with similar previous brackets. Hope that’s true, she probably isn’t interested in BFA.

So, a question then: The 110 token will boost you to level 48 after the pre-patch?

Only asking because current 110 characters only scale to level 45, and I wanted to know if I should just hold off on using the random 110 token I still have. If that’s not a typo, I’m just gonna wait a couple extra weeks before using it.

I find quoting single lines to make your erroneous argument stand up more petty.

So close I can almost reach out and touch it. LOL

All other rewards available with the Recruit A Friend program will continue to be available for recruiters.

Still hoping that one day old RAF mounts will return or new mounts will be added as options. Looking to RAF myself a second account if that day comes.

But anyway, I’m ready to get out of BfA. Bring on pre-patch!

Preach just leaked on allcraft today that pre-patch is the 29th I really hope that its tomarrow instead tho not everyone IRL is going to live to oct or dec, u all forget the stuff going on in the world

Why can’t that same argument apply to Shadowlands launching proper? It’s still in beta.

I think you’ll find so late on they have wrapped up major development, and all issues in the beta client are known issues they will fix - and importantly have identidied - but have to just get through them.

You and me both. Is it like tomorrow? Next week? I wanted to see a date. :frowning:

Please let bfa die.

At least they acknowledged the pre patch was going to happen. When is a different story, but at least we have the what.

Just so you all know the cultists are counting down again 15.1 days currently.

Meaningless. This was debunked a while ago.

“The duration between the Cultists channel end dates is just the largest value of milliseconds the game can hold, and for exactly half of that time, the game masks the channeling cast from the player because it thinks the channeling time is negative. Blizzard is not directly controlling any of these values intentionally, as such any events “connected” to these casts is entirely coincidental, and the community shouldn’t get hyped when they restart casting.”

Yep total coincidence that 15 days from now is exactly on a Tuesday and usually their is a 2 week pvp notice… total coincidence…

I agree. Blizzard has NEVER launched a patch by surprise or short notice. It must be October 6th with an announcement tomorrow.

lol, you can definitely tell the grownups from the children in this wait for the pre-patch announcement.

Last two pre-patch PvP notices were 11 and 12 days not two weeks the 29th would still be 8 days. Could it be the 6th yes but the Cultists channel doesn’t prove anything.

29th not tomorrow

We know it can’t be in September because the rep bonus event is still active for the remainder of the month, and there are two holidays set to complete on the 6th of October (both Brewfest and Harvest Festival).
