What if I told you YOU were the one coping by trying to justify cheating even further by saying “even the pros do it” “even the developers leave it in”
Telling me more people do it only feeds the reasoning that it’s a widely accepted form of exploitation and cheating.
Next justification please, I keep hearing the same garbage over and over… make an actual point that hasn’t been said besides “LOOK LOOK EVERYONE ELSE DOES IT, GET GUD NUB” you guys all have some preeeeetty hard “cope” going with your WSG terrain exploits.

If it’s left in game by the developers themselves they likely see no problem with it. But you can just get your ankles broken by a Druid, lose, and call it cheating all you like. I don’t care either way

I don’t need to justify anything. It’s in game and functional and hasn’t been removed because they devs would have likely removed them if it was cheating.
Shouldnt be able to exploit terrain inside wsg. If people can get in trouble for exploiting guards on top of buildings in open world, then why not this?
LoL you actually sound pretty mad! I do all the jumps, they’re easy once you practice a little. Doesn’t change the fact that its an exploit and 100% cheating.

They also leave in locations that you can get on top of and kill people.
They also leave in people ripping other people off on the AH due to a misclick.
They also leave in tons of bots running until they decide not to.
They also leave in people who do RMTs but they’re streamers so oops no consequence.
They also leave in TONS of toxic terrible QoL things because it’s not cost effective or would take way too much work to eliminate the problem. Or they just don’t have a solution for.
Just because you CAN do something doesn’t mean you SHOULD do something or that something everyone does is ok.

I don’t either, the jumps are still here 5 years later and they’re here to stay. No justification needed. The devs obviously see it as fine. You may not but who cares about you? I don’t.

Make sure you keep joining premades too so you can just stomp pugs and further ruin any sort of enjoyment people have with pvp on top of your terrain exploits.
Well they’re changing the matchmaking next phase, so at least you can be with all the other pugs who don’t know what they’re doing all together as one!
And I’ll keep farming premades as if they’re just pugs and I’ll keep using the jumps

Bottom line is, if the devs know of the “problem”. Removed some that could cause legit griefing but keep others on purpose…then its not an exploit at this point…
If the cops don’t pull you over for going 81 in a 65 … does that mean it’s ok to drive over the speed limit? no. You’re still breaking the law it’s just cops can’t enforce the law since everyone is breaking it but… terrain exploit rules, I mean speed limits, still exist.
So again. Blizz took the time to clean up safe spots and out of bounds areas. But purposely keep the others. The rules are made. Its legal, especially since it was freely used right infront of them with zero push back.
It’s a wall, you’re telling me its all good to jump thru and over a wall…
It’s a cliff edge with an almost vertical slope, you’re telling me it’s all good to jump along it like a mountain goat…
It’s the edge of a roof, you’re telling me it’s all good to jump from the ground up onto the roof in a couple hops…
It’s a tree stump 40ft in the air, you’re telling me it’s ok if I clip the edge of the map, climb up there so people can’t even see me and hide with the flag with two other people…
NONE of this is ok and shouldn’t be allowed and it’s 100% a cheat/terrain exploitation. Blizzard just can’t do anything about it because they then would have to hold everyone and everything in the game to that standard. It would cost them a whole lot of time and resources to try and regulate and rework every possible terrain exploitation. It’s literally impossible to fix for them coding wise so it’s not that they don’t do anything about it, it’s that they CAN’T do anything about it. It’s the flaw in how the game was made. It’s just not viable financially as a company to rework. People will always find a way to jump on top of and around things… and it should be punished.

I’ve thought for a long time they need to put like a slow on the FC as well as like half or weighted jumping. There’s nothing more annoying than a druid climbing walls and jumping over barriers cus they played private servers for 10 years.
If somebody rolls a proff with the entire reasoning to put on boots and outrun you, that’s not unfair, that’s the player putting in extra effort in an MMO for an edge. Wow isn’t a quick match lobby game. If someone FAPs it’s because faps are meant to be used and have a specific purpose. Did you forget you could dispel faps?
Jumps and engineering aren’t going anywhere as all of this was used in front of blizzard’s face in their tournament and they intentionally left it all in AGAIN during their last pvp update.
Sorry, this isn’t a rated arena match. It’s a random battleground. The fun part about classic is you can minmax for pvp or pve using your proff. If you picked the pve proff and don’t have engi the engi guy will outrun you.
