I have no idea what was done to make this happen, but wing 3 raid finder of BRD “The Imperial Seat” was destroyed in less than 30 seconds. I figured this was just another bug, but the way that it was run made me think otherwise so I am posting my experience here.
We zone in and someone in the group starts tearing off like it’s a Remix dungeon. We all take off after them assuming that it’s the tank, but it was so fast I am not sure who was in front. They run past the first trash to the corridor, 1 shot the sentries, then into the boss corridor where they 3shot the boss. Half of the raid was locked out when this occurred, so they were not expecting to need everyone in the room. They then ran into the emperor room, pulled the entire room and the boss, and killed the lot in 3 shots, looted, then left the raid.
It just seemed like they knew from the getgo that this is how it would be.

There is some sort of problem with scaling, apparently they changed something with the latest patch. It happened to me on my paladin, I queued for the raid and after the first few mobs started thinking ‘wow, they made this really easy’, then realized it was just me doing massive damage. I eventually left because people were accusing me of cheating/exploiting, but it wasn’t my doing. I’m guessing someone else had this happen and just decided to just roll with it.

Instead of scaling players down to the level of the raid, the level of the raid is now scaled down to the player. This is how it worked in remix and has the same problem in that a low level twink can completely trivialize the difficulty.

I’m not saying you’re wrong, but if it was only that, then why isn’t it happening to every character below 80? And my character was mostly in greens, I wouldn’t exactly describe her as a ‘twink’
