If you were actioned for using hacks/software/etc., then this had nothing at all to do with other ‘people’ botting. You mentioned that you multibox. This is much more likely the cause of your account action. If you use anything at all to simplify or streamline your multiboxing, then it’s a violation of the rules. It’s why there are so few people that even attempt it anymore.
All hardware and software that claim to be multibox-friendly for WoW are actually a violation of the rules.
While I get that you believe that this is due to you following a bot, that’s not something that Blizzard would even track.
Your only option is to wait on your appeal. Note that, an appeal is for someone else to look at the data and determine if a mistake was made. It’s not a process where you try to defend yourself or make claims that you were banned for following someone you believe (you don’t know for sure) was a bot.
