There’s a reason that people say “exploit early, exploit often”.
Generally speaking, unless it’s especially egregious, the worst Blizzard typically do is a rollback. There’s very little disincentive for exploiting when the punishment is non-existent or at worst, a slap on the wrist 90% of the time.
