Currently a layering exploit that allows you to stay in your physical location in the dungeon, while layering to another dungeon copy with everything respawned.
People are farming scholo/princess/baron without having to reclear dungeons.
Blizz i think your layering servers are using the dungeon id from the initial layer, and since that id hasn’t been generated on the new server layer, that server is generating that dungeon at that time.

layering needs to go. idc what that does to people on high pop realms. should have only been for launch week.
In one of the SM runs I was in, a “phase shift” happened in a dungeon I was trying to run out of. So it’s definitely a thing.
And you know what will happen to the people abusing this???
Absolutely nothing. Just like how the raid XP abusers did not have any XP docked. The “new” Activision-Blizzard runs like a indy company that is afraid of losing even exploiters.
I feel like this would be extremely hard to do if its even possible
