How many more times you going to nerf / take things offline due to issues where the advantage goes to the rushers?

I just found out that potion and phial experimentation were taken offline because of an exploit, apparently. Don’t even know what it was. Found out when I went back to town to try and unlock more recipes. 
Playerbase deserves compensation for bugs like this

They took one of the weeklys away because some people found a way to keep doing it after the initial turn in.

I mean… Rather than taking the game down to fix it before putting it backup this is the next best solution
Just a heads up people, you only have MAYBE 2 weeks tops before they nerf leveling exp and it takes alot longer to level.
Been watching them do it for the last 4 or 5 expansions, they keep the leveling exp high for the world first guys so they can be ready when the raid opens, then they nerf it down for everyone else.
Level now or pay the price later.

Oh they for sure got to keep what they want, but then again big streamers were doing it… The excuse was it does not matter the gear will suck soon anyways… But I think principle should have a big say in this still.

That just shows the left hand is not watching what the right hand is doing.
Classic had this bug with wintergrasp. Spam happened. To the point defense was losing on purpose. More honor that way. 4 loses more than 1 win in the same 30 minute window lol.
Fixed in time but that should have had retail go….

All I know, is that I took out half of a Valdrakken City block with the explosion my Goblin Alchemist made last night. Pappy would be proud. Was some prime-time sapping, it was.

If they are relying this much on timegating - then they should have estimates for how far along people should be.
Then it should be pretty easy to calculate who is exploting, how, and fix the issue (revert the player).
it will never happen, but if i was blizzard, I’d be finding how many people who took advantage of things were on the beta, and what activities did they do and if theres a correlation - those accounts would be ended forever, the 1’s and 0’s removed from the servers entirely, the payment methods and the authentication phone numbers blocked outright.
Like I’d send such a powerful message that these people who abuse beta testing are for all intents and purposes, erased from existence
