You might be a good fit for our Alliance guild, Utsukushii Saisei, is a long standing tight knit group of players who banded together during late BC and early WotLK to form a raiding team. We value personal integrity and the ability to voice opinions amid the chaos of raid progression. While it is never our goal to achieve illustrious realm first titles, we raid with the intent to challenge ourselves and accomplish great feats as a team. About Us:
We’re a group of friends that have been raiding and gaming together across multiple games over the years. Most of us have been playing WoW since TBC, some earlier and have decided to make our own raid group and push for Cutting Edge.We’re all fairly laid back, but focused when it comes to progression. We’re all extremely critical of our own mistakes and rarely make the same mistake twice. Quick learners, good button pressers, memers, mythic plusers, even a few pvpers.
Expectations:
We want to set clear and realistic expectations and goals for the expansion. We are aiming for Cutting Edge, but as a new guild we don’t have delusions of getting it in the first tier as we go through growing pains and learning.That being said, we are setting 6/8M as the minimum for a successful first tier, with cutting edge being obtained in Tier 2 as what we would identify as a successful tier.

We’re looking for similar players to us. Memers that like to progress at a decent pace, actively work on their own character and improving without raging. Skimmed your BFA and Legion logs - I’m a performance-oriented player myself, so seeing purple, orange, and consistency in parses are interests we might share. If you’re at all interested in grabbing an easy AoTC and moving into more relaxed mythic progression than what you might be used to, feel free to reach out with my info below - note that we’re on Thrall, not Mal’ganis. If not, I would suggest checking the r/wowguilds subreddit for more options if you haven’t already; there tends to be a blend of guild types there, but plenty of mythic options to choose from!

Rebuilding after the lull that was Shadowlands, roster boss ultimately defeated the guild.
Core has mythic and AOTC exp leading back to MoP/WoD. Keys are ran nightly, but more are always welcome!
Raid days are Wed/Thurs 7-10PM PST
Classes we are looking for:
Mage
Monk(DPS/Heals)
Warlock
Any melee except DH.
Any ranged except Evoker.
Any healers.
Plan is to hit AOTC and then push mythic until we hit a wall. If we get CE, sweet, but we’re not going to sacrifice the atmosphere of the guild just to get a boss number downed.

I’m in the guild < Ashes > on [US][A] Aggramar/Fizzcrank. We’re a semicasual-mythic guild. Usually 4-5/10M per season, AoTC every season. We raid Tuesday/Wednesday 7:30-10:30 CST. People are running keys most other nights. We’re looking for a few DPS to round out our raid team; specifically looking for DPS warrior, mage, evoker with secondary needs in the melee classes. If you don’t want to sweat in mythic, you’re welcome to come hang in heroic.
Side note: Because raid drops Dec 12 and is followed directly by the holidays, we’re planning to focus on gearing and casually raiding until Jan 3, then truly cranking into raid that week.
