I’ve been playing WoW since vanilla and would like to take a break from the daily grind in Shadowlands. I recently decided to create a new alliance character to re-experience the early game. I’ve found that leveling is extremely fast and would like to turn off experience to have the time to enjoy exploring the various zones and questing. However the Experience Eliminator (Behsten) is nowhere to be found. Research leads me to believe it may be a phase issue but can’t find a fix. Character is currently level 15 and I’d like to pause here for a bit. Any help would be appreciated!

are you in chromie time or current timeline?
They are in stealth , left corner.

Tell chromie to return you to the current time line. He’s in SW keep right off the throne room. A rogue in the corner

No luck with chromie. Set to current timeline, empty room. Nobody stealthed in the corner.
Who is sitting on thrown?
Then check Wowhead…
If you are looking at the stormwind throne, go to the room on the right. There’s an npc that is in stealth there that will freeze your experience.

What the posters above have said, as long as it is on current timeline (probably there on others as well, but definitely then), and Turalyon is on the throne, it should be in the room on the right by the table.

I’ve had Chromie return me to current time line. Throne room is empty as is the war room. Anduin is in the Petitioners Room and wants me to go to Kul Tiras.
