Not sure why everyone is so excited about a leak, most leaks never come true to gaming of any kind.

This one has some backup to it being true. Some dragon texture on the PTR, the store java scripts leaked for the xpac versions, there is the cover artwork (possibly).
Seems like this leak is legit, like it or not. We shall see in 9 days…

We know it’s called dragon flight because of the wow website having it ready to go.
We know are are getting an emerald drake as part of one of the versions of the expansion.
Anything else comes from some random “leak” that happened to get the name right
Pretty sure all expansions from WoD to 10.0 have had some leak or another.
Thing with WoD is that nobody believed the leaks.

Most leaks are 4chan posts or MMO-C threads and the source is “trust me bro”.
The source of Dragonflight came from Blizzard themselves, and was a genuine leak.
I think the Dragonflight MMO-C Thread though just got lucky with the name. I don’t think that was a genuine post.
I don’t buy the mini-class system at all.

Actually, most leaks pre-expansion announcement in the past have proven themselves to be true. At least major ones based on Blizzard’s actions or slips.

Depends on what leak you’re talking about. The one on MMO-Champion with the class skins and stuff might not be true.
However the name of the expansion and the promotional art are pretty legit.

I would be pleasantly surprised with four more classes, even with one spec each, shortly after reintroducing tier sets.
Something something, they can’t balance the classes they have, something something.
Nothing says this leak is even remotely true, don’t get hyped for nothing.
That doesn’t mean a new expansion theme at all. Might as well say druids are gonna get dragon travel forms with that “evidence” and its as credible as dragon flight.

I’m all for dragonflight if it puts us back on Azeroth and not on Planet P3W-451 on a fast track to enter a black hole…UNLESS
It has a time dilation and we come back and 30,000 years have passed and like stuff happened.

Love how people think a bunch of green sparkles with no textures for mount means dragons 
Could mean anything at all. Death knights are known to have green textures for unholy for example. Maldraxxus was full of green themed stuff too.

Could easily be a fake file name in order to avoid the real them of expansion. Same way games have “project [name]” in development.
Leaks are fun, its fun to speculate and dig into the lore.
