How about instead just reducing the amount of CC, their range, make less of them AoE, increase their CD, etc.?
Honestly, sometimes it gives me grounding/tremor totem vibes.
I will say though, to be fair: So far I have only encountered the spell in RSS and it has been very easy to play around. I can see it being more problematic in more coordinated play.
I would like it if they made all healers a bit more durable. My mistweaver pretty much explodes on impact.

there isn’t so much cc that healers need 3 charges of cc immunity its the most braindead spell in the game

Demo locks DHs and rogues have too much cc everything else is ok
Nully shroud would be ok if it was a insta 15 sec duration but it’s current form is toxic
