I had this bug on the PTR and it still exists in retail.
When you first get the command on the ship to add the ability to your bar, that direction panel doesn’t go away. It stays for the entirety of the experience until I select move onto Chromie time / BFA zone. That’s 3 characters it’s happened to me on. No addons for the first two, I left a UI addon active to see if that could override it but it simply broke the addon. Once I deactivated the addon, it also stayed until the new zone.
