I hit rep 4 with the Vizier and now I cannot find a way to start his rep quest. He is in the Apothecary but doesn’t have a quest. He is not at the Weaver’s lair either. I then hit rep 5 and the rep 5 buff is showing as inactive (says I need to be Collaborator, which I am). I am now at rep 6 and neither of these issues are resolving. Reload/log none of that fixes either
