macro functionality is purposely made dumb specifically so people can’t do this
macros only recognize the text used to input them, not the conditions you need for an ability to fire off

One thing to note, you can add a macro to change the skill when using a modifier.
For example say you have slam as 1 for your keybind. You can add a modier so
Alt1 or Shift1 would instead cast execute. But you would manually need to look at hp % to know when to use it.
