It is not going off like an instant spell and is sometimes being delayed like it is an attack on the GCD. Please fix this asap. Thanks

No, Execute is an instant attack which means it should not be impacted by the GCD. If I press execute is should instantly go off. It is sometimes being delayed by the GCD and making me wait for the GCD to end before I can use excute. This is a weird bug, which has nothing to do with spell batching.
oh lol. well execute is on the gcd and is suppose to be on the gcd so. just because its an instant attack and not a basic attack modifier doesnt mean its suppose to be off the gcd.

Instant abilities can be on the GCD.
My rock biter says it increases my AP by like ~625, which it obviously doesn’t. Kind of funny.
I think this is either a troll or a simple lack of knowledge.
Execute is on the gcd. Something like heroic strike is not on the gcd because it can be queued up at pretty much any point to go off on your next auto attack.
Part of this reason execute is on the gcd is so the server doesn’t get bombarded with a metric ton of commands. Also balance. If you could execute someone with a full rage bar as fast as you could pull the trigger it would be broken as crap.
