As a British person, this gave me a right chuckle!
Oh but they were so good after a night out at the Pier!
Sorry, still laughing! … hahaha

School-O-Mance is incorrect.
I would say 2 correct:
Skoe-lo-mance
Shaw-la-mance
my friend from oop north is always extolling the virtues of the smack barm pey wet to me, but frankly as a born Londoner, everything outside the m25 might as well be a blank spot on the map labelled “here be dragons”.
Show-low-mahn-cuh
Pretty sure there was in game dialogue somewhere at one point that pronounced it “sholo-mance.” Devs have pronounced it that way, too, iirc.
RIP to a once great dungeon
I just recently completed the secrets added in DF that allow access to vanilla Scholo/Strat/Naxx/ZG. In case you want to stroll down memory lane and secure some tasty pixelated mogs
everyone I know says it
Always been Show-low-mance to me.
Skol (like the wolf from Northrend) A Mance. Gotta say it like a Vrykul. SKOL! A MANCE!
it’s pronounced scholomance duh
I totally didn’t know they opened up old Naxx. I know what I’m doing tonight.
I had no idea about ZG.
Just finished it. Now I need to go do it on my Rogue for lockpicking.
A while ago when I was looking up how it might be pronounced back when Bram Stoker was visiting the area, my results pretty much brought this, except there was a bit of a “Sh” at the beginning, so like “Shko-lo-mawns”. I don’t know how accurate that is, but that’s what I found.
First and so far only time I’ve heard it said in game was “school-uh-mahnce”, so that’s how I say it
School-o-mance
trumpets intensify
It’s from Romanian folklore.
sh-o-l-o-mahn-tsah
There’s a wikipedia page if you want to look up the pronunciation guide.
