There doesn’t appear to be a ready for raiding achievement for TWW. How am I supposed to know that I’m ready to raid?

If you click the pencil icon at the bottom of your post or up next to your topic title, you have the option to move your thread to a more-appropriate forum where it stands a better chance to be seen by the devs.
Dungeons, Raids, and Scenarios, in this case.

You don’t need an achievement to join a raid team, unless that particular raid leader requires it (try to avoid people like that).
It’s nice have it though, but it’s not a requirement.
