Excitement growing

Can you feel it?

The thread topics about people sharing their memories and happy anticipation is becoming more common. Also, something else is increasing, though. The time nears. This waiting time shortens. The worry of those who anticipate the worst first smoldered as if it would die, but I sense the beginning of a resurge. It’s coming. Excitement is growing, but for those who fear 1.12 it feels like fire. The internal anguish roils the guts and inflames the mind. Their thoughts are incendiary. The absence of dev action to meet the expectation of those who played for 18+ months before the last patch of “vanilla” is fueling the fire.
What will they say? Will they call it a bait and switch? Blizzard doesn’t control the memories of the biggest fans, but they do control the patch. The memories are the bait, and the patch is the switch. Do you see? Do you feel it? The words. The bolding. The feels. Keep watching because it’s coming.

Anyone who will call it a bait and switch doesn’t know what a bait and switch is. The developers have been nothing but up front about this being 1.12 and what that entails (while even doing a little better by having a tiered release of some content).

Go write WoW parody YouTubes or something. This is just trolling.

I feel like you tried really hard to be… something, but you missed the mark because I’m not sure what.

Is English not your first language?

:sob: I’m taking my ball and going home and playing retail.

Nah. It’s giving us the old world, with the old stories and quests and dungeons, on a modern client with some modern touches.

Not to mention making some of the more hardliners on the forums (that love to attack and harass people) unhappy. Their tears are a bonus.

It’s perfect.

Why? I wasn’t trying to belittle you, I’m wondering if you don’t have a native understanding of English, that’s all.

[quiver] cruelty

My motivation came from a reply to a dev update thread; linked below.

Oooh, that’s right, hunters have to use quivers again!
