Excited for 40 man raids. Finally our group can raid together. Classic is 40 man raiding, and its easy to prepare for with moderate effort.
I really hope we get at least 1 40 man raid phase 4, and more after that. MC/ZG/AQ20 all being 20 man is great, but keep BWL/AQ40/Naxx/New raid all 40 man please.

Heck yeah. After doing Wrath 10 and 20 mans over on THE GREATEST EXPANSION IN THE HISTORY OF MMOS servers, it will be nice to have a different raiding experience here in SOD.

Its the vocal people really, Our guild and most guilds i know have planned and are building for 40 man raiding. Classic seasonal server without 40 man raiding would be horrible.
You are just making up numbers. 10 mans are cancer, 20 mans are ok, but 40 mans are where its at for classic seasonal.
We run 3 x 20 man teams in preparation, its not that hard, and if its only 20 man teams at 60 then I’ll lose interest heavily.
The Classic Trilogy is more “not 40-man” than it is 40-man.
SoD launched and added two million subs and it didn’t have 40-man.
Our crew will finally be able to raid together. Most guilds I know are preparing and are ready for it. There will be less overall raid groups yes, but that is just numbers.
If it’s all 20 man raids at 60 to the end of SoD, I am not interested.
For the good of the many Blizzard should bring back 10 man raids to save a 1,000 even though you will go back to Classic for your precious 40 man raids it will be worth your sacrifice

I guarantee you player numbers would be the same in phase 3 this week even if it were all 10 man raiding.
40 man works if the raid is puggable by the average dad who can play for 2 hours, which ST is not.
Apparently no one remembers that half the 40 raids were people afk or auto attacking.
If Blizzard cave in to the 20-30 remaining classic andy’s who refuse to go to Era and want to continue to ruin SoD with 20/40 man raids then it’ll be sad.
Going to 20 man raids has mostly killed off SoD - phase 4 is their chance to fix their mistake and go back to 10 man raids (or at the minimum do them as 10 and 20 man).
