Sorry, but I’m tired of being punished for being dps. First, I’m punished for waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour in lfg, and then I’m punished because the group didn’t like me, because of my latency or for any other reason, and I’m punished again for 30 minutes by being kicked out from the dungeon. So the punishment, which should be 30 minutes, increases to 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes if you add both waiting in lfg and the punishment for being expelled from the group. And don’t even try to say that there are dungeons with followers, because this mode gives much less experience than dungeons with other players. So tell me, where’s the fun again? This takes all the fun out of me and is making me rethink whether to renew my annual subscription or not. Because I can’t play for taking too long a punishment.

No one kicks from leveling dungeons unless your actual afk or doing next to nothing. This sounds more like a you problem than a game problem. If your latency is so bad you cant contribute, you shouldn’t expect others to carry you.
should the group instead be punished for putting up with your sub par performance?
sounds like you need to make some friends who have actual useful specs. like no offense but dps area dime a dozen. if you dont like ques then do follower dungeons. the only time i actually dps is raid.
There are plenty of other ways to level that are quicker than LFG

Side Quests
Follower Dungeons
Crafting and Gathering
From my experience in leveling dungeons people are kicked for a couple reasons
Not contributing
AFK
Being very toxic
My suggestion:
Queue for dungeons while doing other stuff. Level your crafting, do main quests, World Quests, Side Quests, Pet Battles etc. You’ll get to level 80 sooner than you think and can come back to complain in the forums that you’re not being invited to M+ groups
The only thing I really do is queued group content, mostly leveling tank or healer alts. I’ve literally not seen anyone in a group get a vote kick, with the exception of one person who was AFK for a long time. If this is happening to you even semi regularly, it’s a you problem.
