Excessive Cooldown

Some of the cooldowns on toys are really excessive. For example, the Cushion of Time Travel. 5 minutes of use, but has a 6 hour cooldown. I see no reason for a 6 hour cooldown. 30 minutes, sure, but 6 hours seems ridiculous. Does anyone else think these cooldowns should to be lowered?

If its like that one balloon thing, I might be able to see it.
someone COVERED orgrimmar with some toy year ago or maybe 18 months ago.
They were thicker than flies.
My guess is the abuse of the toy…the likelyhood…its taken into account to some degree with those CDs.

Agreed, OP.

I really like the Robo-Gnomebulator, but it’s 10 minutes of fun with a 1 hour cooldown. A 1:6 ratio. It’s worse than the Mirror of Humility, where you can take on the appearance of an Eredar for 1 hour with a 2 hour cd (1:2 ratio), and worse than the Death’s Door Charm, where you assume a Helheim spirit form for 30 minutes with 1 hour CD (also a 1:2).

For the Robo-Gnomebulator, a minimum 30 minutes of use with even a 2 hour CD (1:4 ratio) would be so much better.

I think most of the toys could use a much shorter cool down. However I do believe that a good number of the toys should be disabled during major community events. A example of that would be the Soup Cooking event

Other than that. I don’t see a problem with most toys having a cool down equal to or slightly longer than the duration of the toy.

oh wow that is crazy. 10 hours for a toy that provides only a cosmetic benefit. I imagine making the toy unavailable or unusable during major group content would be more beneficial than such a ridiculous cooldown like 10 hours.
