I’m trying to collect all armor tints of the Venthry armor.
But the entire idea of the Ember Court and the time that it looks like it will take to get exalted makes me want to vomit!
Am I alone in this?

It is not so bad now with the high anima drop rate. With lots of anima you can Unlock features pretty fast allowing you to have more guests it will go by faster than If you were doing it at the start of the expansion.
Is it a 2 month process?
It’ll definitely take more than two months. You’re limited by how many guests you can get there, there’s a max of four at the Covenant Feature’s rank 4.
New to MMOs?
Yes, it sucks.
Having to grind 3 different non-gold currencies to purchase faction rewards AFTER exalted has stunk since day one. There’s nothing “grateful” about grinding out hundreds grateful offerings.
I miss being able to hit max level and run dungeons and raids for gear. now there are 50 systems to jump through. ugh
Probably a 2 month process. Also probably a pain in the but for the non mage types to go around inviting everyone from different zones. They should have made this with a co-op play in mind. Co-OP tea party would be the Bees Knees. There are some guests I just didn’t invite because of some of the busy work to get them invited(Dromon from NF comes to mind).
Basically get as much guests as possible and focus on making them happy as possible. Having more unlocks from having more anima will make it go quicker than what it took me fresh into SL.
I notice you have 24,605 achievement points. That’s incredible. Do you stick to one class or have alts too? Do you always get exalted on all reps per expansion?
Yeah, I wish they’d get rid of those things. At first it didn’t seem so bad when you were just doing one covenant. When you start on the next ones it becomes apparent that the grind is gonna be ridiculous.
I’m just grinding out the mirror network tmog on my pally. No way I’m grinding for that ugly green tint.
I played my mage in vanilla, a priest in TBC and WoLTK, and a pally in WoLTK and tail end of Mists. In WoD onwards my main was my mage again. I took a break in the game for majority of Cata and Mists.
I think my achievement points are scattered across a paladin, priest, mage and warrior.
I have all things unlocked but I share the same sentiment as you OP regarding the ember court. With that said I do plan to eventually do it and get that visual set too.
2 months… maybe now is a good time while waiting for the next patch.
Ember Court does seem to take the most work. Though I’d say the rep with each guest is the bigger grind.
It’s not a race.
Ive been working on it on a alt and its pretty annoying. I really dont see how people enjoy doing it.
I have all the guests as best friends and title the party herald . If you find it tedious then wait till 9.1.5 then you can visit orther peoples ember court anbd get more rep from there and items .
The rep to exalted isn’t that bad. Takes a bit but genuinely isn’t bad for a once a week thing. Is your Ember Court level 5? Each guest will give Ember Court rep(and their rep of course). Last 2 weeks were a really great time to make progress since the buff from Brewfest(collect 20 random brews found inside Ember Court for 300% more rep) was insane. But with that gone, just get 4 easy to please guests. use Theotar for Life of the Party soulbind trait. Knock a few events out(most spawn relatively early into the court). Then end the party early, if the time is your issue.
Theotar makes it really easy to get people Happy/Elated, which affects how much rep they give.
The meta for the title however… That one takes a while. I’ve been working on it since Castle Nathria and I may finally finish this week if RNG loves me enough to give me 10 events(using wowheads only guest setup capable of 10 events).
